In my classroom, I will be using many different researched based approaches that will allow for my students to have the best chance at learning and understanding of the material. It is so important for my students to truly understand the content and stay engaged throughout the lesson.

Integrated Portfolio
This artifact contains many active lessons. These active lessons will be useful because they integrate kinsestetics into the classroom and many students learn this way. This was not only a collaborative effort from my group, but also individual effort from me creating my part and putting together some of the lessons incooperated.
American Holidays Unit Plan
The artifact being presented is a lesson plan based off of the many American Holidays and why they are important. It also compares and contrasts certain holidays. This was a collaborative effort and I individually did two of the lessons including Day 7 "Columbus Day and Indigenious People's Day" and Day 8 "Review Day".
